How to check that your Pod Salt is genuine
Every Pod Salt box carries a scratch-off authenticity code that you can check yourself on the website of Xyfil, the company that makes Pod Salt:
- Find the authenticity sticker on the side of the Pod Salt box.
- Scratch off the lower panel of the sticker to reveal a 10 or 16 character code.
- Go to xyfil.com/authenticity and enter the code.
- Read the result. Each code can be checked once only. If the checker says the code has already been used, the product may not be genuine.
Check the code when your order arrives. If anything looks wrong, message us on WhatsApp at +971 52 703 9137 with your order number and a photo of the box. Our Return and Refund Policy explains what happens next.
