We deliver original Pod Salt products across the UAE. This page explains your delivery options, fees, what happens when the order arrives, and what to do if something is wrong. You pay when the order arrives. Paying by card on delivery adds a 5% card fee; cash on delivery has no extra fee.
Where we deliver
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not ship internationally. Checkout accepts UAE addresses only.
Delivery options and fees
You choose one of two options at checkout.

The fee is the same for both options. Orders of 300 AED or more have free delivery. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.
These are our usual delivery times, counted from when your order is confirmed. Traffic, weather or busy periods can sometimes cause delays, and we will let you know if your order will be late. If you need your order at a specific time, message us on WhatsApp before you order.
Choosing the right option
Pick the option that matches the city of your delivery address. If you choose an option that does not cover your address, we will contact you to correct it, which may delay the order.
How to order
- Add your products to the cart and go to checkout.
- Enter your address, city, phone number and email. You can add a separate delivery address if the order is going to someone else.
- Select Dubai · 1 to 2 hours or All UAE · within 12 hours in the shipping section.
- Choose your payment method (cash on delivery, or card on delivery with the 5% card fee) and place the order.
Age and ID check on delivery
All our products contain nicotine and are for adults aged 18 and over. Our delivery staff or delivery partners carry out a mandatory age check when they arrive. Please have a valid ID ready. If valid ID is not shown, or it shows the person is under 18, we will not hand over the order and we may cancel it.
Payment on delivery
You pay when your order arrives. There is no online card payment.
- Cash on delivery. No extra fee. Please keep the amount ready.
- Card on delivery (+5%). Pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. A 5% card fee is added to the order total, calculated on items plus delivery. The fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Tracking your order
You can check your order status on our Track Order page using your order number and the email address you used at checkout. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +971 52 703 9137 with your order number.
Orders to another person
You can send an order to someone else by entering a separate delivery address at checkout. The person receiving it must be 18 or over, show valid ID and pay on delivery.
Give us an accurate address
Please check your address, building or villa details and phone number before you place the order. Keep your phone on so our delivery staff can reach you. If the details are wrong or incomplete, delivery may be delayed. If you need to change something, contact us straight away.
If something is wrong on arrival
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos. Our Return and Refund Policy explains the steps. For quick help, message us on WhatsApp.
When you are not available
Please make sure someone aged 18 or over, with valid ID, can receive and pay for the order. If we cannot reach you or complete the age check, we may cancel the order. Contact us if you need to arrange a different time or place.
